Crafting the Paraglider

The Paraglider is made with a shaped crafting recipe. Place the required materials in the crafting grid in the exact pattern shown by the recipe. Once crafted, the Paraglider goes into your inventory like any other item.

Gliding and Stamina

Hold the Paraglider while airborne to glide. Gliding drains stamina, so you cannot stay in the air indefinitely. When stamina runs out, the glide ends and you fall. Plan your flights around this limit — short hops between terrain features are safer than long crossings until you have a way to restore stamina.

Restoring Stamina with Elixirs and Mixtures

Two families of consumables restore stamina:

• Energizing Elixir and Energizing Mixture — use these when you need stamina back quickly.
• Enduring Elixir and Enduring Mixture — the Enduring variants serve a related endurance role for longer trips.

Elixirs and Mixtures are not crafted at a normal crafting table. They come from the mod's processing recipes, which include campfire cooking, smelting, and smoking. Check each recipe's output to see which station produces which item.

The Goddess Statue

The Goddess Statue is the mod's only block. Place it in your base as a landmark or point of interest. It is a block, not a consumable, so it will not restore stamina by itself — bring Elixirs or Mixtures for that.
