Elixir and Mixture Types

The mod includes four restorative consumables: Enduring Elixir, Enduring Mixture, Energizing Elixir, and Energizing Mixture. Enduring items restore Stamina. Energizing items restore Stamina as well. Keep both types in your inventory before long Paraglider flights.

Cooking Methods

These consumables are produced through campfire_cooking, smelting, or smoking recipes. That means you can make them at a campfire, in a furnace, or in a smoker. The recipe type you use depends on which consumable you are making. Check the recipe book in-game to see the exact input for each.

Essence is a key ingredient in this mod's crafting chain. Gather Essence before attempting to craft Elixirs or Mixtures, since it feeds into multiple recipes.

Smelting and smoking both process ingredients over time, with smoking being faster. Campfire cooking is the slowest but requires no fuel. Pick the method that matches your available setup.

Stock up before exploring. A single Enduring Elixir or Enduring Mixture can mean the difference between crossing a gap and falling. Carry several stacks if you plan to glide long distances. Energizing Elixirs and Energizing Mixtures work the same way for restoring Stamina, so bring a mix of both types to stay airborne.
