Crafting and Using the Paraglider, Deku Leaf and Anti-Vessel

The Core Travel Items

Three items cover movement and utility: Paraglider, Deku Leaf, and Anti-Vessel. The Paraglider is the item the mod is built around — it lets you glide. The Deku Leaf is a second gliding-style item, and the Anti-Vessel is a separate utility item in the same registry.

Crafting Routes

These items are produced through the mod's registered recipe types. The relevant ones for gear are:

• crafting_shaped — used for structured recipes where ingredient position matters.
• crafting_shapeless — used where you simply combine ingredients in any arrangement.
• paraglider:cosmetic — a dedicated recipe type for cosmetic variants of the paraglider.

If a recipe is not appearing in your crafting grid, check whether it is a shaped recipe (ingredients must sit in the exact pattern) or a shapeless one (any position works). Cosmetic recipes use the paraglider:cosmetic type and produce appearance variants rather than new functional items.

Using Them

Equip the Paraglider and glide from height. The Deku Leaf provides its own gliding behavior as a separate item, so you can carry both. The Anti-Vessel is a standalone utility item — craft it through the standard shaped or shapeless routes and keep it on hand alongside your glider.

Suggested Build Order

1. Craft the Paraglider first — it is your primary traversal tool.

2. Add the Deku Leaf as a second gliding option.

3. Craft the Anti-Vessel once your basic travel gear is done.

4. Use paraglider:cosmetic recipes afterward if you want a different look.
