Crafting the Full Bone Armor Set

Helm, Chest, Legs and Boots

Bone armor in Pam's BoneCraft is crafted from Fossils at a crafting table using the standard armor shaped recipes. The Bone Helm fills the top row in a helmet pattern, the Bone Chest uses the chestplate pattern, the Bone Legs use the leggings pattern, and the Bone Boots use the boots pattern. Every piece consumes Fossils, so gather enough of them before you start — a full set takes more Fossils than a single tool, and running out mid-craft leaves you with an incomplete kit.

Equipping and Maintaining the Set

Open your inventory and place each piece in its armor slot. Wearing the full set gives you protection comparable to early-game armor, which is enough to survive skeleton archers while you farm more bones for Fossils. Keep a spare Fossil in your base chest so you can replace a piece the moment it breaks. If you are heading into a cave or the Nether, wear the complete set rather than mixing pieces — partial sets leave gaps that mobs will exploit. Repair is not part of the mod's recipes, so plan on recrafting damaged pieces from fresh Fossils rather than patching them. Stockpile bones from every skeleton you kill; they are the only path back to replacement armor.
