How to Encode a Recipe Package with the Package Recipe Encoder
Setting Up the Encoder
Place a Package Recipe Encoder. Open it and put a Recipe Package in the package slot. The encoder reads the recipe you supply and writes it into the package so machines downstream can execute it.
Choosing the Recipe
Supply the recipe you want packaged. The mod supports crafting_shaped and crafting_shapeless recipes. Arrange the ingredients in the encoder's grid to match the target recipe, then confirm. The encoder stores the recipe into the Recipe Package.
Using the Package
Pull the filled Recipe Package out of the encoder. This package is the instruction set the Packager and Package Crafter read. Keep the package with the ingredients it expects; a package without matching inputs will not resolve.
Where It Goes Next
Route the Recipe Package to a Packager or Package Crafter. The Packager consumes inputs and produces the packaged output defined by the recipe. If you need to move the package between machines, use a Positioned Package Distributor with a Distributor Marker so the package lands at the correct destination.
Reusing Packages
A Recipe Package can be reused as long as the recipe stays the same. Encode once, then feed matching ingredients each cycle. If the recipe changes, re-encode a fresh Recipe Package in the Package Recipe Encoder.
