How to Craft Every Coin in the Ordinary Coins Mod

Start With the Base Metals

Every coin in the Ordinary Coins Mod is made through a crafting_shaped recipe. Begin with the two cheapest metals: Copper Coin and Zinc Coin. These are your entry points and the materials you will convert upward into the other six coins.

Place your base metal in a shaped arrangement on the crafting grid to produce the matching coin. Once you have Copper Coin and Zinc Coin in hand, you can combine them into higher-tier coins rather than mining fresh ore for each one.

Climb the Coin Tiers

The progression runs from the common metals up to the rarest:

• Copper Coin and Zinc Coin — the starting tier
• Iron Coin — crafted from the base metals
• Gold Coin — the next step up
• Emerald Coin and Diamond Coin — mid-to-high tier
• Netherite Coin — the top of the chain

Each step uses a crafting_shaped recipe, so lay your inputs out in a fixed pattern on the grid. Keep a stock of each lower coin on hand, because you will feed them into the next recipe. If a recipe will not complete, check that your ingredients are placed in the exact shape the grid expects — shaped recipes fail when the pattern is mirrored or shifted.

Work in batches: craft a stack of Copper Coin and Zinc Coin first, convert them to Iron Coin, then push the Iron Coin into Gold Coin. This keeps you from running back to the crafting table for every single coin.
