Enable Water Reflection Features

Noxara Shaders treats water as a key visual element. In the Shader Options menu, locate the water-related settings. Ensure reflection options are enabled—this is what gives water its clean, vibrant surface quality that the shader is known for.

Optimize Reflection Settings

The reflection system has adjustable intensity:

• Reflection Clarity: Higher values create sharper, more defined reflections of the sky and surrounding blocks. Lower values create a softer, more diffused water surface.
• Reflection Distance: Some configurations let you control how far reflections render. Reducing this can help performance while maintaining visual appeal.

Best Viewing Conditions

Water looks most striking during daytime when the warm sunlight is strongest. Visit oceans, rivers, or large lakes to see the full effect. The shader's warm color palette makes water appear inviting and clear rather than flat or murky. Experiment with different times of day and lighting angles—standing with the sun behind you versus facing it creates dramatically different reflection patterns.
