Place Structures With the Building Wand

Craft a Building Wand using its shaped recipe, which requires a Wand Core or Advanced Wand Core depending on the pattern shown. Hold the Building Wand and use it to place blocks in the world. It is the tool for putting down multiple blocks or extending a structure without placing each block by hand.

Keep a stock of the block you want to place in your inventory. The wand draws from what you carry, so if you run out mid-placement the effect stops. Switch the selected block in your hotbar to change what the wand places.

Rearrange Existing Blocks With the Moving Wand

The Moving Wand is the counterpart for relocating blocks that are already placed. Craft it from its shaped recipe, then use it on a block to pick it up and move it elsewhere. This is useful for shifting a wall, a floor section, or a single block without breaking and replacing it manually.

Both wands pair well: use the Moving Wand to clear or reposition what is there, then the Building Wand to fill the gap with the block you want. Carry both so you can adjust a build in place. Neither wand needs fuel items beyond the blocks involved, so the only limit is what you have in your inventory.
