Enhance Biome Appearance with Nolantic's Color System

Understand Biome-Specific Coloring

Nolantic applies unique color palettes to different biomes. Desert biomes receive warm, golden tones; forests get cool, verdant hues; mountains display crisp, clear lighting. These adjustments happen automatically, but you can customize them further.

Access Biome Settings

In shader options, find biome-specific color or lighting sections. Many configurations let you adjust individual biome tones separately.

Adjust Grass and Foliage Colors

Modify how green appears in forests and grasslands. Increase saturation for lush, vibrant vegetation or reduce it for a more natural, muted tone. Adjust hue slightly to shift between cool and warm greens.

Customize Sky and Ambient Light per Biome

Different biomes benefit from different sky colors and ambient lighting. Deserts might use warmer ambient light; tundras cooler tones. Experiment with these values to enhance each biome's identity.

Compare Before and After

Travel between biomes to see how your adjustments create visual variety. The goal is making each biome feel distinct while maintaining Nolantic's cohesive fantasy aesthetic throughout your world.
