Controlling water fog independently

Water fog can be adjusted separately from your dimension settings, letting you maintain clear underwater vision while keeping atmospheric fog elsewhere.

1. Open Video Settings

2. Find the water fog slider in the No Fog Perfected section

3. Drag it toward 100% for maximum underwater clarity, or lower for more fog effect

4. Close the menu to save

Command-based water adjustment

For quick changes without opening menus:

1. Type /nofog water set <value> where <value> ranges from 0 to 100

2. Press Enter

3. Confirm with /nofog water

Combining with dimension settings

You can have fog removed from the Overworld while keeping water fog at a specific distance. Adjust the water slider independently of your dimension toggles. This gives you fine control over how much haze appears when submerged, separate from air-based fog effects.
