Customize Plant and Leaf Animation Speed

Open Animation Settings

Access Shader Options from the Video Settings menu. Find the section dedicated to plant or foliage animation.

Adjust Wave Intensity

You'll find sliders controlling:

• Animation speed: How quickly leaves and grass sway back and forth
• Wave amplitude: How far plants move from their resting position
• Wind strength: Overall intensity of the swaying effect

Apply to Your Preference

Lower values create subtle, gentle movement ideal for calm scenes. Higher values produce more dramatic, noticeable swaying. Some players prefer minimal animation for better visibility when building or mining; others enjoy the full fantasy effect.

Test your settings in different biomes—dense forests show animation more visibly than sparse plains. Changes take effect immediately, so you can adjust while exploring to find the perfect balance for your playstyle.
