Balance Daytime Brightness and Warm Tones
Access Lighting Controls
Open Shader Options and navigate to the lighting or color grading section. This is where you control overall brightness and tone during daylight hours.
Adjust Brightness and Warmth
Look for sliders affecting:
- Brightness multiplier: How bright the overall scene appears
- Color temperature or warmth: Shift between cool and warm tones
- Saturation: How vivid colors appear in landscapes
Optimize for Readability
Nimbus Lite is designed to keep vanilla textures clear, but you may want to reduce warmth if colors feel too saturated, or increase brightness if shadows seem too dark for comfortable play. Adjust these settings during midday when the sun is highest—this shows the most dramatic lighting effect.
Test in different biomes to ensure grass, stone, and wood remain visually distinct. Revert to defaults if you're unsure; the preset balances visibility with aesthetics well.
