Furnishing a Room with Chairs, Lamps and Tables

Seating and Lighting

Acacia Chair and Acacia Lamp are the two Acacia furniture pieces. Place Acacia Chair wherever a player or villager should sit, and Acacia Lamp where you need a light source that matches the chair's wood. Ancient Lamp is a separate lighting option if you are building in the Ancient Wood style. Pair lamps with the wood you are already using so the room reads as one set rather than mixed furniture.

Tables and Entertainment

For recreation rooms, add Air Hockey Table and Arcade Machine. These are large furniture blocks, so leave floor space in front of each one and avoid boxing them into a corner. ATM is a standalone fixture for a bank or shop front. Advertisement Board works as a wall-mounted display. If you are fitting out a service area, Alloy Smelter is the workstation block to place against a wall, and Air Duct, Air Duct Fan and Air Duct Vent form a ceiling or wall run for an industrial look. Alarm Siren and Air Raid Siren mount high on a wall or roof where they are visible. Arrange seating around the tables, put the lamps at the room's edges, and keep the smelter and ducting in a separate utility corner.
