Set Up Your First Bedwars Arena

Create and Configure the Arena

Start by creating a new arena world. Type /bw arena create myArena to generate a fresh world. If you have a schematic file ready, add it with /bw arena create myArena -sche <schematic> to paste your custom map layout automatically.

Place Spawns, Beds, and Generators

Enter setup mode with /bw arena setup myArena. Follow the on-screen checklist to:

• Position each team's spawn point (where players appear at game start)
• Place the bed for each team (the objective to protect or destroy)
• Set resource generator locations (where materials spawn over time)
• Mark the arena boundaries and void height

Walk to each location and confirm placement when prompted. The setup wizard guides you through every step without requiring file editing.

Activate Your Arena

Once all checkpoints are complete, type /bw arena enable myArena. Your arena is now live and players can join matches using /bw join myArena. You can disable it anytime with /bw arena disable myArena for maintenance or changes.
