Making Chocolate from Chocolate Bars and Blocks

From Bar to Block

Chocolate Bars are the base chocolate item. Combine them to form a Chocolate Block. From the Chocolate Block you can craft the full chocolate building set: Chocolate Bricks, Chiseled Chocolate Bricks, Chocolate Brick Slab, Chocolate Brick Stairs, Chocolate Brick Wall, plus Chocolate Tile Slab, Chocolate Tile Stairs, and Chocolate Tile Wall.

Stonecutting the Set

Take a Chocolate Block to a Stonecutter to produce the brick and tile variants efficiently. Stonecutting yields slabs, stairs, walls, and chiseled forms without consuming extra material beyond the block you feed in. This is the fastest route to a full matching palette for a build.

Chocolate Foods

Chocolate also feeds into desserts. Craft Chocolate Cake and top it with any candle color to make a Chocolate Cake with Candle variant. Chocolate Ice Cream and Chocolate Milkshake use chocolate as their base; the milkshake is prepared in a Chocolate Milkshake Cauldron. Chocolate Strawberries combine chocolate with strawberries, and Chocolate Spider Eye is another chocolate-based item.

Building Tips

Because slabs, stairs, and walls all exist for both Chocolate Bricks and Chocolate Tiles, you can detail walls and floors with depth. Use Chiseled Chocolate Bricks as an accent band between plain Chocolate Bricks and Chocolate Tiles.
