Reduce Eye Strain During Long Gaming Sessions

Enable Gradual Light Adaptation

NaturalVision's core feature—simulating human eye behavior—is already active by default. This gradual adjustment reduces the jarring contrast shifts that cause eye fatigue. Your eyes won't experience sudden brightness spikes when exiting caves or entering shade.

Lower Overall Brightness if Needed

Access shader settings and reduce the brightness or exposure slider to a comfortable level. Dimmer environments are often easier on the eyes during extended play. Avoid maximum brightness settings, which can cause discomfort over time.

Disable Unnecessary Visual Effects

Check if bloom, glare, or lens flare options are available in the shader menu. These effects, while visually appealing, can intensify eye strain. Disable or reduce them for a cleaner, less fatiguing image.

Take Regular Breaks

While shader settings help, remember to look away from your screen periodically. Pair NaturalVision's realistic lighting with good monitor settings and proper room lighting to minimize strain during long sessions.
