How to Make Lush Sandstone Blocks, Slabs, Stairs, and Walls

Cut the base stone

Lush Sandstone is the starting block for this family. From it you can craft Lush Sandstone Slab, Lush Sandstone Stairs, and Lush Sandstone Wall using the normal sandstone recipes. Keep a stack of plain Lush Sandstone on hand before branching into the variants.

Move to cut and smooth

Two upgraded forms exist: Cut Lush Sandstone and Smooth Lush Sandstone. Cut Lush Sandstone also has a Cut Lush Sandstone Slab. Smooth Lush Sandstone has a Smooth Lush Sandstone Slab and Smooth Lush Sandstone Stairs. These are produced through the mod's stonecutting recipes, so place your Lush Sandstone in a stonecutter and select the cut or smooth output you want.

Finish with chiseled

Chiseled Lush Sandstone is the decorative top tier. Use it for accent panels, pillar caps, or feature walls where the cut and smooth blocks would look too plain.

Build a full palette

A practical build order: lay Lush Sandstone for large surfaces, switch to Cut Lush Sandstone and its Slab for flooring patterns, use Smooth Lush Sandstone Stairs and Slab for rooflines and steps, add Lush Sandstone Wall for borders and railings, then place Chiseled Lush Sandstone as a focal detail. Because slabs, stairs, and walls all exist for the base and smooth variants, you can trim any edge in the family without leaving the material.
