Get Inferium Essence

Mine Inferium Ore or Deepslate Inferium Ore. Both drop Inferium Essence. If you have no ore nearby, craft a Prosperity Seed path later once you have Prosperity Ore from Deepslate Prosperity Ore.

Craft Your First Seeds

Open a crafting grid and combine Inferium Essence with the base material for the seed you want. The pattern is consistent across the mod: essence plus a vanilla ingredient produces the matching %s Seeds. For example, Inferium Essence plus a vanilla crop or material yields that crop's seeds. Check the recipe in JEI/REI for the exact ingredient for each seed.

Plant and Grow

Place the seeds on Inferium Farmland. Craft Inferium Farmland by tilling dirt with a hoe that has been infused, or use the farmland_till recipe shown in JEI. Inferium Farmland is the tier-1 farmland; higher tiers are Prudentium Farmland, Imperium Farmland, Awakened Supremium Farmland, and Soulium Farmland.

Harvest the mature %s Crop to get more %s Essence and often extra seeds. Use a Sickle or Scythe to speed up harvesting and get bonus drops. A Copper Sickle, Diamond Sickle, or higher-tier Sickle works; Scythes cover a wider area.

Scale Up

Once you have surplus Inferium Essence, craft Inferium Ingots, then Prudentium, Imperium, and Supremium tiers by combining essences in the Infusion Altar. Build a Harvester and place it over your farm to automate collection, and use an Inferium Growth Accelerator on farmland to speed growth.
