How to Make Insanium Farmland and Grow Insanium Essence

Tilling the Farmland

Insanium Farmland is the top-tier soil for Mystical Agriculture crops. You do not craft it at a table — it is created by tilling. Use a hoe on the appropriate base block to convert it into Insanium Farmland via the mysticalagriculture:farmland_till recipe. Once placed, plant your Mystical Agriculture seeds on it as you would on vanilla farmland. The crop must be watered or have a water source within range, just like normal farmland.

Harvesting Insanium Essence

When the crop matures, break it to collect Insanium Essence. Insanium Essence is the core material for the Insanium tier of this mod. From it you can craft the higher-end items in the registry, including Insanium Ingot, Insanium Nugget, Insanium Gemstone, and the various Insanium blocks. Keep a steady supply of seeds and farmland so you can scale up production.

What to Do With the Essence

Insanium Essence feeds directly into crafting the Insanium Block, Insanium Ingot Block, Insanium Gemstone Block, and Insanium Coal Block. It is also the input for the Insanium Apple and Insanium Coal. If you are pushing toward the endgame cruxes, stockpile essence early — the Awakening recipe and the crux chain will consume a lot of it.
