How to Get Dragon Scale and Use Dragon Egg Crux

Dragon Scale is a registry item in this mod and is the material you want when you are working toward dragon-themed gear and cruxes. It is not something you mine from a block; it comes out of the mod's progression, so treat it as a goal item you accumulate while running your farms and cruxes.

Dragon Egg Crux

Dragon Egg Crux is a placeable block in the mod. It is one of the mod's crux blocks, alongside Awakened Draconium Crux, Gaia Spirit Crux, Nether Star Crux, Neutronium Crux, and Nitro Crystal Crux. Cruxes are the blocks you build when you want to push a specific material line to its top tier. Place the Dragon Egg Crux and feed it the inputs its tier requires.

Dragon Egg Chunk

Dragon Egg Chunk is the companion item to the Dragon Egg Crux line. Where the crux is the block you place, the chunk is the item you handle and combine. Keep both in the same area of your base so you are not running between chests when you are cycling the crux.

Order of Operations

Set up the Dragon Egg Crux first, then gather Dragon Egg Chunk and Dragon Scale from your farms and processing. Once you have a steady supply, the dragon line becomes self-sustaining and you can spend the output on the mod's higher-tier Paxels and cruxes without interrupting your other production.
