How to Craft and Use the Paxel Tiers

The Paxel Ladder

This mod adds a full ladder of Paxels: Inferium Paxel, Prudentium Paxel, Tertium Paxel, Imperium Paxel, Supremium Paxel, and Awakened Supremium Paxel. Each one is a combined tool, so you carry one item instead of a pickaxe, axe, and shovel. Craft the tier you can afford and upgrade as your Essence supply grows.

Matching Your Essence Tier

Paxel tiers line up with the mod's material tiers. Inferium Paxel is the entry point. Prudentium, Tertium, Imperium, and Supremium Paxels each require the matching Essence tier. Awakened Supremium Paxel is the top of the ladder and sits alongside Awakened Draconium Crux and Molten Awakened Supremium in the endgame.

Using Paxels in the Field

Equip the Paxel and use it like any other tool. It handles stone, wood, and dirt in one slot, which matters when you are clearing space for crux builds or flattening ground for Insanium Farmland. Higher tiers mine faster and last longer, so move up the ladder as soon as you have the Essence.

Repair and Replace

Keep spare Essence on hand so you can recraft a Paxel when one wears out. Because the tiers share the same role, upgrading is a straight swap: craft the next tier up and retire the old one to a chest.
