How to Hunt Legendary Birds by Biome

Each legendary bird has a specific biome preference. Knowing where to look saves time and increases your chances of success.

Biome Locations

Articuno spawns in Ice Spikes biomes—cold, snowy terrain with tall ice formations. Zapdos appears in Plateau biomes, which are elevated, flat areas often with stone and minimal vegetation. Moltres is found in Badlands biomes and only appears from morning to noon, so time your hunt accordingly.

Hunting Approach

1. Identify which bird you want and travel to its biome

2. For Moltres, arrive before noon and search actively during the morning hours

3. For Articuno and Zapdos, they spawn throughout the day, so any time works
