How to Use the Music Venue Tool and Info Panel

The Music Venue Tool and Music Venue Info Panel manage where and how your Music Blocks perform. Use them together when you build a stage, a hall, or a redstone-triggered concert.

Reading a venue

Hold the Music Venue Info Panel and use it on a Music Block. It reports the block's current score, its trigger state, and any venue settings bound to it. Check this before a performance so you know which score is loaded and whether the block is armed.

Configuring with the tool

Use the Music Venue Tool on a Music Block to change its venue behaviour. This is how you bind a block to a venue, adjust how it responds to triggers, and prepare it for grouped playback. Placard State works alongside the tool to show the block's status visually, so a player walking past can see whether the block is ready.

Building a venue

1. Place Music Blocks where the instruments should sit in the mix.

2. Load a Music Score into each block.

3. Use the Music Venue Tool to bind the blocks into one venue.

4. Confirm with the Music Venue Info Panel that every block reports the correct score and state.

5. Trigger the venue and listen for balance.

If one block plays the wrong part, reload its Music Score rather than rebuilding the venue. The venue binding survives a score swap.
