Making Raked Sand

Use the Sand Rake on sand to produce Raked Sand. Raked Sand is a decorative block with a patterned top texture. You can also produce Red Raked Sand by raking red sand. Both blocks are placeable and stack like normal sand.

Painted Acacia Wood

Painted Acacia Wood is a building block. It comes in a full block form and a Painted Acacia Wood Slab form. Craft the slab from the full block at a crafting table. Use Painted Acacia Wood for walls, floors, and accents in builds that need a warmer tone than plain acacia.

Thatch

Thatch is a roofing and flooring block. Place it on top of builds for a rustic look. It pairs well with Painted Acacia Wood and Raked Sand in desert or savanna-themed structures.

Building Tips

Lay Raked Sand in courtyards and paths. Use Painted Acacia Wood Slabs for stairs and trim. Cover roofs with Thatch. If you are building near a Naga or Umvuthana spawn area, use these blocks to blend your base into the environment. Keep a Sand Rake in a chest near your build site so you can re-rake sand without returning to your main base.
