How to Craft and Use the Blowgun and Darts

Crafting the Blowgun

Craft the Blowgun using a shaped recipe at a crafting table. Once crafted, it goes in your main hand like any ranged weapon. The Blowgun is your delivery tool for Darts, so you need both before it does anything useful.

Crafting Darts

Darts are made with a shapeless recipe. Keep the ingredients loose in the crafting grid rather than arranging them in a pattern. Craft a batch before you head out, since each shot consumes one Dart.

Using Them Together

Hold the Blowgun, have Darts in your inventory, and fire. The Blowgun will consume Darts from your inventory as ammunition. Because Darts are a separate item, you can stockpile them independently of the weapon and top up mid-fight.

Practical Order

1. Gather Dart ingredients and craft a stack with the shapeless recipe.

2. Craft the Blowgun with the shaped recipe.

3. Equip the Blowgun and fire, letting it pull Darts automatically.

If you run dry, the Blowgun stops firing — craft more Darts rather than switching weapons. Treat Darts as consumable ammo and the Blowgun as the reusable launcher.
