Getting the Naga Fang

The Naga Fang is a drop from the Naga. Spawn the Naga with a Naga Spawn Egg if you are testing in creative, or find it naturally in its biome. The Naga is a serpentine boss that strikes at range and up close, so bring a shield and healing.

Crafting the Dagger

The Naga Fang Dagger is a crafting_shaped recipe that consumes the Naga Fang. Once crafted, the dagger is a fast melee weapon. It pairs well with the Axe of a Thousand Metals: use the dagger for quick hits and the axe for heavy swings.

Using the Dagger

The Naga Fang Dagger is best used against single targets where attack speed matters more than raw damage. Keep it in your offhand or main hand depending on your build. If you also have the Paw of the Crescent Moon or another Paw item, you can build a themed loadout around moon-phase items.

After the Fight

Defeating the Naga also gives you access to the Naga Spawn Egg in creative mode, letting you re-fight it for practice. Store extra Naga Fangs in a chest near your crafting station so you can make additional daggers without re-hunting.
