Make Your Garden Look Natural with Fallen Leaves
Placing Leaf Carpets
Fallen leaves add a forest-floor aesthetic to gardens and pathways. Leaf carpets are thin layered blocks that sit flat on the ground, mimicking scattered foliage.
Steps:
1. Gather leaf carpet blocks from your inventory or creative menu
2. Select the leaf carpet variant matching your tree type (oak, birch, spruce, etc.)
3. Place them on grass or dirt blocks around your garden, under trees, or along pathways
4. Layer multiple carpets in the same spot for a denser, more natural appearance
5. Mix different leaf carpet types to create visual variety
Combining with Other Blocks
Leaf carpets work best when paired with other forest-themed blocks. Place them near hedges, under custom 3D tree canopies, or around flower beds. They're thin enough not to interfere with walking or building, making them ideal for decorative ground coverage without blocking movement.
For best results, scatter them unevenly rather than in perfect rows—nature isn't symmetrical. You can also use them to transition between different biome aesthetics in your base.
