Craft Diamond and Netherite Apples for Combat

Gathering Materials

Diamond Apples require diamond gems as a core ingredient, while Netherite Apples demand netherite ingots. Mine diamonds from deep caves or obtain them through trading. For netherite, you'll need to venture into the Nether, smelt ancient debris into netherite scrap, then combine scraps with gold ingots at a smithing table.

Crafting at the Workbench

Bring your diamonds or netherite ingots to a crafting table along with apples (regular or golden apples work as bases). Arrange materials according to the recipe to produce Diamond Apples or Netherite Apples. These provide significantly stronger buffs than golden food—Netherite Apples grant extended regeneration and damage resistance, making them essential for boss fights and dangerous exploration.

Finding Enchanted Variants

Enchanted Diamond Apples and Enchanted Netherite Apples cannot be crafted. Search loot chests in structures, dungeons, and strongholds for these rare uncraftable treasures. They offer the strongest protective effects in the mod.
