Making Snow, Mycelium, Sand and Red Sand Paths
Biome-Specific Paths
Four paths cover specific surface blocks: Snow Path, Mycelium Path, Sand Path, and Red Sand Path. Each is crafted at a crafting table from its matching base block plus the mod's binding item.
- Snow Path — Snow Block
- Mycelium Path — Mycelium
- Sand Path — Sand
- Red Sand Path — Red Sand
Where to Use Each One
Snow Path is for snowy plains, ice spikes, and frozen peaks. Place it across snow layers so you get a flat, even route instead of uneven snow. Mycelium Path suits mushroom islands; it sits flush with mycelium so a road through the biome keeps the same purple-grey surface.
Sand Path fits beaches and deserts. Red Sand Path fits badlands and mesa terrain. Because Sand Path and Red Sand Path are separate blocks, you can run a Sand Path road across a beach and switch to Red Sand Path the moment the ground turns red, with no visible seam.
Crafting in Bulk
All four recipes consume one base block and one binding item per path block. Stock up on the base block first — dig a full stack of Sand or Snow Block before you start — then craft in repeated passes at the crafting table. Place the finished paths level with the ground and break them with any tool to recover and reuse them.
