Crafting Buttons from Ores and Mineral Blocks

Ore and Mineral Button Variants

The mod includes buttons made from ores and mineral storage blocks. These are Diamond Block Button, Diamond Ore Button, Emerald Block Button, Emerald Ore Button, Gold Block Button, Gold Ore Button, Iron Block Button, Iron Ore Button, Lapis Block Button, and Lapis Ore Button.

Crafting Them

Each uses the shapeless recipe: combine the ore or mineral block with a button. A Diamond Block plus a button yields a Diamond Block Button; a Gold Ore plus a button yields a Gold Ore Button.

Ore buttons are best treated as display pieces. Since ores are limited, avoid using them for redstone wiring where a cheaper button would work. Mineral block buttons — Iron Block Button, Gold Block Button, Diamond Block Button, Emerald Block Button, Lapis Block Button — are more practical for decorative accents because the source blocks are renewable through farming or trading.

Planning Your Build

If you want a vault-themed room, pair Iron Block Buttons with Gold Block Buttons on storage walls. For a mining-themed area, Diamond Ore Buttons and Emerald Ore Buttons make convincing display props. Craft a small batch of each and keep them in a labeled chest so you do not have to re-craft every time you decorate.
