How to Craft Glass Trapdoors for Every Wood Type

The Shapeless Recipe

Every Glass Trapdoor in the mod is made with a shapeless recipe. Combine a vanilla Trapdoor of the matching wood with four Glass blocks in any arrangement in the crafting grid. The output is one Glass Trapdoor of that wood type.

Matching Wood to Trapdoor

The mod includes a Glass Trapdoor for each of these woods: Acacia, Bamboo, Birch, Cherry, Crimson, Dark Oak, Jungle, Mangrove, Oak, Spruce, and Warped. There is also an Iron Glass Trapdoor. To get a specific one, use the vanilla Trapdoor of the same material — for example, a Birch Trapdoor plus four Glass makes a Birch Glass Trapdoor, and a Warped Trapdoor plus four Glass makes a Warped Glass Trapdoor.

Glass Trapdoors behave like vanilla trapdoors: right-click to open and close, and they can be placed on the top or bottom half of a block. The glass panel lets light through and keeps visibility, which is handy for floor hatches, ceiling access, and windows that need to open.

Because the recipe is shapeless, you can drop the ingredients in any slots. Keep a stack of Glass on hand and convert vanilla trapdoors as you need them. Each conversion consumes four Glass and one vanilla Trapdoor.
