Storing Fluids and XP in Tanks

Tank Types

Jumbo Tank stores large volumes of fluid. Singularity Tank stores fluid with a much larger capacity. XP Drain Singularity Tank is the variant used for liquid XP storage and draining.

Moving Fluids

Use Fluid XP Bucket to carry liquid XP by hand and pour it into a tank. Place an XP Tap on a tank to drain XP out into pipes or machines.

XP Processing Chain

Connect an XP Tap to a Singularity Tank or XP Drain Singularity Tank to move XP. From the tank, route XP into an XP Solidifier to produce Solid XP. Add an XP Speed Upgrade to increase throughput at the tap or solidifier.

Collection

Place an Absorption Hopper where mobs die so it picks up XP orbs and items. Add an Absorption Radius Upgrade to increase its reach. The hopper feeds your tank or solidifier line.

Keep tanks close to the machines that fill and drain them to reduce pipe length. If a tank is not filling, check that the XP Tap is oriented to output into the tank and that the Absorption Hopper has room to push its contents.
