Crafting Kairoseki Gear and Handcuffs

Kairoseki Basics

Kairoseki is the base material for a line of restraint and combat items. You can craft Kairoseki Bars and a Kairoseki Block from Kairoseki. Dense Kairoseki is a separate, denser variant used in stronger recipes.

Handcuffs and Keys

Handcuffs are crafted from Kairoseki materials. Kairoseki Handcuffs are a stronger version. To release a restrained target, craft a Key and use it. Keep a Key in your inventory whenever you carry Handcuffs or Kairoseki Handcuffs, otherwise you cannot free anyone.

Ammunition and Weapons

Kairoseki Bullet is crafted from Kairoseki and used as ammunition. Regular Bullet and Cannon Ball are separate ammunition types for the Cannon. The Jitte is a melee weapon associated with the same material line. If you plan to fight with firearms, stock Bullet or Kairoseki Bullet alongside your Cannon or hand weapon.

Storage

Store loose Kairoseki in Kairoseki Bars or a Kairoseki Block to save inventory space. Break the block or bars to recover the Kairoseki when you need it for crafting.
