Getting Dial Items

Dials are both items and placeable blocks. You can obtain Axe Dial, Breath Dial, Eisen Dial, Flame Dial, Flash Dial, Impact Dial, Milky Dial, and Reject Dial. Several of these are made through the mineminenomi:smithing_dial recipe type, which uses a smithing-style interaction rather than a normal crafting grid.

Dial Recipes in Practice

To craft a dial, gather the base dial item and the upgrade material, then perform the smithing_dial action. The exact inputs vary per dial, so check the recipe viewer (JEI/REI) for the specific smithing_dial entry you want. Once crafted, a dial can be placed as a block or kept as an item depending on its use.

Using Dials in Combat and Travel

Impact Dial and Reject Dial absorb and release force — useful for countering hits. Flame Dial and Flash Dial produce elemental effects when triggered. Breath Dial and Milky Dial support movement and utility. Eisen Dial provides a blade-like function. Axe Dial is a throwing weapon. Place a dial block where you want a persistent effect, or carry the item form for on-demand use. Combine dials with weapons like Cutlass, Broadsword, or Bisento for varied combat options.
