How to Use the Gear Crafting Station in Mine and Slash

Placing and Opening the Station

Craft the Gear Crafting Station block and place it in your base. Right-click it to open its interface. This is the main workstation for producing gear from the mod's recipe set, which uses crafting_shaped and crafting_shapeless recipes.

Turning Materials into Gear

Load the station with the ingredients the recipe calls for. The station pulls from the shaped and shapeless recipes registered for gear. Once the inputs are correct, take the finished piece out of the output slot. Gear produced here is the base you will later improve with souls, gems and runes.

Feeding the Rest of the Chain

Keep the following nearby so you can move straight from crafting to upgrading:

Gear Soul Cleaner and Gear Stat Soul for handling soul stats
Common Gear Soul Stone for soul work
Gems/Amethyst/1 through Gems/Tourmaline/6 for socketing
Enchanting Station for enchantment work
Salvaging Station to break down unwanted gear
Disassembler's Learning Method when you want to learn from salvaged items

Practical Loop

1. Craft gear at the Gear Crafting Station.

2. Salvage junk gear at the Salvaging Station.

3. Apply souls with the Gear Soul Cleaner and Gear Stat Soul.

4. Socket gems from the Gems/... tiers.

5. Enchant at the Enchanting Station.

This loop keeps your equipment improving without leaving your base.
