How to Use an Adventure Map in Mine and Slash

Creating the Map

You need two items: the Adventure Map Creator and the Adventure Map. Use the Adventure Map Creator to produce an Adventure Map. The map carries a rarity that determines the challenge and rewards of the instance it opens.

Opening the Instance

Take your Adventure Map to a Map Device block. Place the map into the Map Device and activate it. The device consumes the map and opens the corresponding adventure. Clear the instance to collect its rewards, which can include Gear Crates, Gear Loot Bags, Loot Crates and Keys/0 through Keys/5.

Improving Map Rarity

If you want a harder, more rewarding map, use Currency/Map Rarity Upgrade on the map before placing it in the Map Device. Higher rarity maps are the main way to push progression once basic maps feel easy.

Related Currency and Rewards

Keep these in your inventory when running maps:

• Currency/Map Rarity Upgrade to reroll map tier
• Keys/0 to Keys/5 for locked content
• Gear Crate, Gear Loot Bag and Loot Crate for gear drops
• Level Up Reward Bag for leveling rewards
• Identify Tome to identify unidentified gear

Loop

1. Make a map with the Adventure Map Creator.

2. Upgrade rarity with Currency/Map Rarity Upgrade.

3. Insert into the Map Device and run it.

4. Collect crates, bags and keys.

5. Repeat with higher rarity maps.
