Steps

1. Craft or obtain a Dame Fortuna Spawn Egg.

2. Use the Spawn Egg to summon Dame Fortuna.

3. Fight Dame Fortuna until she is defeated.

4. Pick up Fortune's Favor and any other drops such as Dame Fortuna's Head or Slicer's Dice.

After the Fight

Place Dame Fortuna's Head as a trophy block if you want a marker for where the fight happened. Keep spare Spawn Eggs so you can farm Fortune's Favor without searching for the boss again. Store Fortune's Favor with your other mod materials so it is ready when a later recipe calls for it.
