Where the Mossy Tooth Comes From

The Mossy Tooth is a drop tied to Swampjaw. Spawn Swampjaw with the Swampjaw Spawn Egg, then kill it. The Mossy Tooth is part of Swampjaw's loot, so you need to defeat the boss rather than craft the item directly.

Using the Mossy Tooth

Once you have the Mossy Tooth in hand, it feeds into the mod's progression alongside other Swampjaw materials. Swampjaw also drops the Swampjaw's Downscaled Skull, which you can place as a block. If you are farming the Mossy Tooth for a later recipe, keep the Swampjaw Spawn Egg on hand so you can summon the boss again instead of hunting for a natural spawn.

Practical Loop

1. Use the Swampjaw Spawn Egg to summon Swampjaw.

2. Kill Swampjaw and collect the Mossy Tooth and Swampjaw's Downscaled Skull.
