Troubleshoot Visual Bugs When Layering Resource Packs

Fix Texture Conflicts

If you see overlapping textures, broken models, or visual glitches when using multiple resource packs with Matcha, the load order matters.

Check Your Setup:

1. Open Options > Resource Packs

2. Verify Matcha Vanilla Flavoured is loaded *before* your custom texture pack

3. Confirm no other packs are positioned between them that might conflict

4. Close and reopen Minecraft to refresh the resource pack cache

If Problems Persist

Make sure you're using the Matcha Vanilla Flavoured Resource Pack, not the standard Matcha pack. The standard pack includes custom models and textures that will clash with your resource pack. If you're still seeing issues, try temporarily disabling other mods or resource packs to isolate the conflict. The Matcha Vanilla Flavoured pack is specifically designed to prevent these problems by removing competing custom textures and models.
