How to Craft Every Market Crate in the Market Crates Mod

Pick Your Wood Type

Each Market Crate is tied to one wood family. The nine crates are: Acacia Crate, Birch Crate, Crimson Crate, Dark Oak Crate, Jungle Crate, Mangrove Crate, Oak Crate, Spruce Crate, and Warped Crate. Before you start, decide which crate you want, because the recipe uses planks from that same wood family.

Crafting the Crate

All nine crates are made with a shaped crafting recipe. Place the planks of your chosen wood type into a crafting grid in the crate pattern to produce the matching crate. For example, Oak Planks produce an Oak Crate, Birch Planks produce a Birch Crate, and so on through Acacia, Dark Oak, Jungle, Mangrove, Spruce, Crimson, and Warped.

Because the recipe is shaped, the arrangement of planks in the grid matters. Keep the pattern consistent across wood types so you can swap the plank material and get the corresponding crate. If you are mass-producing crates, craft a stack of planks first, then run the pattern repeatedly.

Getting the Right Planks

Crimson and Warped planks come from their respective stems, while the other seven come from logs. Gather enough logs or stems, convert them to planks, and then craft. Once you have one crate of each wood type, you have the full set of nine Market Crates available in the mod.
