Crafting Wands and Staves: Amethyst to Chimerite

Casting tools come in several tiers. Each wand or staff is crafted at a table and used to channel mana.

Wand and Staff Tiers

Available casting tools include:

• Aum Wand, Aum Staff
• Cerublossom Wand, Cerublossom Staff
• Blue Ice Wand, Blue Ice Staff
• Chimerite Wand, Chimerite Staff
• Chimerite Manaweaver's Wand

Start with the Amethyst Wand from the Basic Table. As you gather more materials, upgrade to higher-tier tools. The Chimerite Manaweaver's Wand is the most advanced wand in this set and requires Chimerite Gem, obtained from Chimerite Crystal blocks or Chimerite Block processing.

Using Casting Tools

Equip a wand or staff in your main hand. Right-click to cast the selected spell. Different tools may suit different spells; experiment to find which pairs well with your glyph loadout.

To prepare spells, use the Affinity Tinker Table. Combine Blank Glyph with Arcanist's Ink and colored variants — Black Glyph, Blue Glyph, Brown Glyph — to produce functional glyphs. Slot these into your casting tool via the tinker table interface.
