Building and Repairing Constructs
Constructs are assembled from body parts and animated at a Construct Gantry.
Assembling a Construct
Place a Construct Gantry. You will need a torso, head, and limbs. The basic set is:
- Construct Basic Torso Wickerwood
- Construct Basic Head Wickerwood
- Construct Basic Legs Wickerwood
Arms come in functional variants, each available in materials including Wickerwood, Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Obsidian, and Bone:
- Axe Arm (Left/Right)
- Blade Arm (Left/Right)
- Caster Arm (Left/Right)
- Fishing Rod (Left/Right)
- Fluid Nozzle (Left)
Choose arms based on the job. Blade Arms fight, Axe Arms chop, Caster Arms cast, Fishing Rods fish, and Fluid Nozzles handle fluids.
Repairing Constructs
Constructs take damage over time. Craft a Construct Repair Kit and apply it to a damaged construct to restore it. Keep repair kits on hand before sending constructs into combat or long work shifts.
Use the Bell of Bidding to issue commands to your constructs. Place it and interact to direct their behavior.
Higher-tier arm materials (Iron, Diamond, Obsidian) generally outperform Wickerwood and Wood, so upgrade arms as resources allow.
