How to Build a Kitchen Counter Run
Lay Out the Counter
Counters are the backbone of a kitchen. Craft Acacia Counter, Birch Counter, or Cherry Counter blocks and place them in a straight line along a wall. Each Counter is a shaped recipe from planks.
Add Sinks and Cabinets
1. Replace one Counter block with a Kitchen Sink so you have a water source point.
2. Place Kitchen Cabinet blocks above or beside the Counter for storage-looking detail.
3. For glass-front storage, use Glass Kitchen Cabinet instead.
4. For wider storage, use Double Kitchen Cabinet.
5. Add a Cupboard Counter at the end of the run to close it off.
Drawer Variants
If you want the counter to read as storage, swap plain Counters for Drawer Counter, Double Drawer Counter, or Cupboard Counter blocks. These use the same wood as the rest of your run, so keep the palette consistent. Build the run left to right, placing Sink, Cabinet, and Counter blocks in the order you want them to appear. Leave one block gap at each end so the run does not clip into walls.
