What These Doors Are For

Stable Doors and Stable Horse Doors are designed for animal pens, barns, and horse stables. The Stable Door has a split design, while the Stable Horse Door is sized or styled for horses to pass through.

Crafting a Stable Door

1. Select your wood type — Acacia, Bamboo, Birch, Cherry, or Crimson are all supported.

2. Use the appropriate door print for the stable style in a shaped crafting recipe with your planks.

3. Collect the Stable Door, for example Acacia Stable Door or Birch Stable Door.

Crafting a Stable Horse Door

Use the same wood planks but substitute the Stable Horse Door print or recipe variant. The result is a Stable Horse Door such as Acacia Stable Horse Door, Bamboo Stable Horse Door, or Cherry Stable Horse Door.

Building a Stable

Place Stable Doors at the entrance to pens. Use Stable Horse Doors on wider openings where animals enter. Combine with fences and hay blocks for a functional barn. Both door types open with a right-click and can be paired with matching trapdoors. If you need a glassed version for visibility, use the Barn Glassed Door instead.
