Crafting Glass and Bark Glass Doors

Choosing the Right Print

Glass doors let light through while keeping the door shape. Macaw's Doors Mod offers several glass variants: Glass Door, Bark Glass Door, Barn Glassed Door, and Shoji Whole Door. Each uses a different print or recipe layout.

Recipe Logic

For a standard Glass Door, use your chosen planks plus the appropriate door print in a shaped crafting recipe. The Glass Door variant replaces some solid panels with glass, so you may need glass blocks or panes in the grid alongside planks. Bark Glass Doors combine bark texture with glass panels — use logs or bark blocks in place of some planks.

Placement Tips

Glass doors work well for greenhouses, shops, and modern builds. Place them the same way as any door. If you want a fully glazed look, use the Shoji Whole Door, which is almost entirely glass or paper panels. Match the wood type to your building's trim for a cohesive result.
