Crafting Crystals and Soulcubes

Crystal Types

Crystals are crafting materials tied to different stone families. The mod registers:

• Aberrant Crystal
• Ashen Crystal
• Demon Crystal
• Desert Crystal
• Crystal Shard
• Cleansing Crystal

Each crystal type is crafted or processed from materials found alongside its matching stone. Crystal Shard is the base fragment used in crystal recipes. Cleansing Crystal is a distinct craft used for purification purposes.

Soulcubes

Soulcubes are storage blocks for souls:

• Aberrant Soulcube
• Demonic Soulcube

Craft a Soulcube from its matching crystal and other ingredients. Place the Soulcube as a block once crafted. Soulcubes are used in progression toward higher-tier crafting and summoning.

Progression Order

Gather Crystal Shards first, then combine them into the crystal type that matches the stone family you are working with. Use those crystals to craft the corresponding Soulcube. Keep a stock of each crystal type — recipes for saddles, treats, and charges often call for crystals from more than one family. Store crystals and Soulcubes in a dedicated chest near your crafting station so you are not running back and forth during a long crafting session.
