Using the Arcane Basin for Basin Recipes

The Arcane Basin is a dedicated block for the lordcraft:basin recipe type. It is not a crafting table and it is not a furnace — it has its own recipe set.

Crafting and Placing the Arcane Basin

Craft the Arcane Basin at the Arcane Workbench. Place it on the ground where you have room to stand around it. It works best placed next to your Arcane Forge and Arcane Furnace so you can chain processing steps.

Using the Basin

Right-click the Arcane Basin to open its interface. Insert the items the basin recipe requires. Basin recipes are used for mixing and combining materials that cannot be made at a normal crafting table.

What the Basin Makes

Basin recipes produce intermediate components used in later crafting and forging. If an item does not appear in the Arcane Workbench and is not a smelting or forging output, check the Arcane Basin before assuming it cannot be made.

Workflow

1. Gather the raw materials.

2. Smelt what needs smelting in the Arcane Furnace.

3. Forge what needs forging in the Arcane Forge.

4. Combine the results in the Arcane Basin.

5. Take the basin output to the Arcane Workbench or Advanced Arcane Workbench for final crafting.

Tips

• Keep a chest of common basin inputs next to the Basin so you are not running back and forth.
• Basin recipes are limited in number, so once you learn them you can plan your material gathering around them.
