Adjust Lighting and Shadow Colors for Your World

Access Shader Settings

LiteFrames Shaders allows you to customize the warm tones and shadow colors that define its nostalgic look. Open your shader options through the Video Settings menu in Minecraft, then locate the Shader Options button.

Modify Sunlight and Shadow Tones

Within the shader settings, you'll find sliders and color controls for:

  • Sunlight intensity: Increase for brighter daytime, decrease for moodier lighting
  • Shadow color: Adjust the blue or warm tones in shadowed areas to match your preferred aesthetic
  • Ambient light: Control how much light fills dark corners and caves

Preview Changes In-Game

Apply your changes and load into your world to see the effect in real-time. Different times of day and biomes will show your adjustments differently. Experiment with subtle changes first—the cozy retro mood works best with restraint. You can always reset to defaults if you prefer the original fantasy atmosphere.

These tweaks let you personalize the shader's warm, nostalgic feel without sacrificing performance on your hardware.
