How to Craft and Use Tiki Torches

Crafting Tiki Torches

Tiki Torch variants are available for Acacia, Birch, Cherry, Crimson, Dark Oak, Jungle, Mangrove, Oak, Pale Oak, and Bamboo. Each is crafted from its matching wood plus light materials at a crafting table. Bamboo Tiki Torch uses bamboo rather than a wood log. Craft as many as you need in one session since they are cheap per unit.

Placing Tiki Torches Outdoors

Tiki Torches are designed for outdoor paths, gardens, and docks. Place them on top of fences, walls, or solid ground to line a walkway. They emit light at the top of a tall post, so they illuminate a wider area than a floor torch and keep the flame away from grass and wood. Use them along a beach build with Bamboo Tiki Torch, or around a jungle base with Jungle Tiki Torch. Because they are full blocks, you can stack them against each other for a denser row of light. Break and reposition them freely as your path changes.
