Mining and Crafting Poison Items

Begin by mining poison ore found deep underground in stone layers to collect poison gems and raw materials. Use these materials to craft poison powder or acid in your crafting grid.

Once you have poison materials, combine them with vanilla foods, blocks, or weapons to create poisoned versions. Poisoned food inflicts wither, poison, blindness, and slowness effects when eaten. Poisoned blocks become hazardous traps that trigger negative effects when touched, stood on, or broken.

Before interacting with suspicious items or terrain, equip a poison detector to scan for toxins. If you take poison damage, drink clean milk or consume crafted antidotes immediately. For long-term protection, enchant your armor with Anti-Poison, which you can find in loot chests or obtain through villager trades.
